Praline has created the first cookbook for acclaimed London restaurant, Polpo.
Written by POLPO restaurateur Russell Norman and published by Bloomsbury, the book represents a departure from the conventions of the genre with its deconstructed approach to design.
The use of old Venetian typefaces, type sizes that exist in the letterpress method and luminous photographs by Jenny Zarins, lend the book a feeling of honest authenticity which harks back to the restaurant itself.
