In collaborarion with Ab Rogers Design, Praline were commissioned to design the new permanent display of the Porthcurno Telegraph Museum.
The museum is located in the Porthcurno valley, in the far west of Cornwall. This was the hub of international cable communications from 1870–1970 and a training college for the communications industry until 1993. The exhibitions reveal the early telegraph technology, stories of the telegraph workers and how Pothcurno is the birthplace of our contemporary communication. We created a language of colour, morse code and typography which takes the visitor on a discovery journey.
